Get ready to step into the wonderfully imaginative world of Salvador Dalí! Students will learn about this famous Surrealist artist and discover how he used dreams, imagination, and unexpected ideas to create his unique artwork.

We’ll explore Dalí’s famous paintings and learn about Surrealism, an art style that combines ordinary objects with imaginative and unexpected ideas. Students will discover how artists can use their creativity to turn something familiar into something completely unexpected!

For our hands-on project, students will create their own clay elephants inspired by Dalí’s surreal artwork. They’ll have fun shaping and sculpting clay while adding their own creative touches to make each elephant unique.

This class is great for kids age 6 and up. No previous art experience is needed, just come ready to learn, create, and have fun!
