Come discover the colorful world of Georges Seurat! Students will learn about this famous French artist and explore his unique approach to painting through Pointillism.
 
We’ll learn how Seurat used tiny dots and carefully placed colors to create larger images. Students will discover how colors can work together and how our eyes blend individual dots and colors when viewed from a distance.
 
For our hands on art experience, students will create their own Pointillism inspired artwork, experimenting with dots, patterns, and colorful combinations to create an original piece inspired by Seurat’s distinctive style.
 
This class is great for kids age 6 and up. No previous art experience is needed, just come ready to learn, create, and have fun!
